What does that get you?  
Three days of fun. Kits for some of the classes, Instructions for all.  
A special souvenir Flat Hitty.
  A sense of what it's like to attend a RL Retreat.


 Who Can Play?
  Preference will be given to those who have never attended a Retreat before.  


 How do I know what counts as a Retreat?  
A retreat/gathering/event is defined as:
Not an online activity.  Must have been physically present.
Not a Hitty activity that occurs on a regular basis (such as a club).
Not a doll show where you merely showed up without previously signing up, even if you did an activity there.

It IS a retreat/gathering/event where you signed up ahead of time and/or paid a fee.
It IS a retreat/gathering/event if you attended in person and not online.
If you are in doubt as to whether an event you attended makes you
qualified or unqualified, simply ask a Moderator!  


 Once You are accepted and have paid, what next? 
You will be invited to join our private yahoogroup.

 How Do I pay?
  PayPal or personal check. TBA

Can we stay on the new list as long as we want?
Sorry, but no.  We will leave members on the list for one month after the Retreat,
and then remove everyone. We want to use this list for more Virtual Retreats.
We highly recommend printing out any instructions and supply lists before that time!

We will leave your pictures for the next group to enjoy, but we will not be leaving
any instructions or supply lists in place for future Retreats.

One last thing about the Retreat--any instructions you receive are the property of your
Instructor, and may not be shared with anyone unless permission is given.


Retreat Schedule

Friday
7:00--9:00 (Officially, but anyone can stay on and chat longer). Check in and Meet and Greet, Tea Party.
Work on the Class Souvenir Hitty.   Instructor:  Happy.   A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
First Prize winner picked.


Saturday
9:00:   Make a Cup of Hot Cocoa for Hitty.  Instructor: JOC.  No Kit provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
10:00: Create an Apron & Bonnet for your Hitty.  Instructor: Kjerstin.  A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
11:00: Let's Make an Autograph Album for your Hitty.  Instructor: Happy.   A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.

12:00: Free Time for Lunch!  You can stay and ask questions and work on your projects, too.

1:00:  Winter Snowglobe for your Hitty.   A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
2:00:  Dress up that Souvenir Flat Hitty!  Instructor: Happy.   No Kit will provided.  Pattern will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
3:00:  Hitty's Silk Tie Project.  Instructor: Susan.   A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
4:00:  North Country Essentials: Knitted Hat/Scarf set for your Hitty.  Instructor: JOC.   A Kit will be provided.  Supply List will be in the yahoogroup Files.
5:00:  ?  Instructor: Susan.  

Sunday
9:00--?  Adding pictures, general chat, last questions.
