Hitty Geneva's Visit to Tina

The Rock Bottom Hitty's have been to the Postal Station to meet Hitty Geneva and bring her to their home.. They have been anxiously awaiting for this day to arrive.. Ernestina has helped her to bed to get a nap and some much needed rest before they all talk her ears off.. They all were talking and so excited they forgot their manners..

While Hitty Geneva rest, Ernestina is going to have a talk with the rest of the family and plan out her adventure while she is here..
There will be an update as soon as she is ready to share in some good ole country fun... No telling what she may get into here..

I finally got time on the Rock Bottom Hitty's computer to let everyone know I am having a wonderful time. We are mostly sitting around in the ac talking about how hot it is.

This is us enjoying our Chinese Checkers

We did get out and have a little snack on the lawn..well they call it the yard being that they are from the south. It was not too hot but the misquitos were starting to swarm so we had just enough time to enjoy a game of Chinese checkers and drink our coca cola before climbing up on one of the many rock/boulders around here.

This is a huge rock we climbed.

Tina took a couple of pictures of us so you could see how much we were enjoying the outside.
While we Hitty's enjoyed talking and playing our game, the Bitty's were busy playing ball and playing with Spot the family dog.
I was told we are planning a trip to the river, that seems to be a source of great entertainment here. People fish and water ski.. It will probably be busy this week with the holiday approaching.
I love the area here..the people seem to be really friendly.
Until next time,
Hitty Hugs, Geneva Grace

P.S. I put a few photos in the June photo album.. shhh don't say anything but I do think Tina needs to practice more on taking good photo's. Hehehe.

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to let everyone know I am having a grand time in the south. We have been busy as bees gathering pollen. I have helped in the garden. Tina is soon to be making red cucumber pickles. I will be on my way to Janes when she starts them, and probably a good thing as they red food coloring and cinnamon candies would surely stain everything.
We went to Tina's daughters for supper and fireworks for the 4th. Tina had the camera and her daughter tried and tried to get photo's with it. It wouldn't work. So I didn't get in any photo's showing the festivities and beautiful fireworks.. They lasted almost 4 hours. It was beautiful.
I have truly enjoyed the time spent with this family and look forward to meeting the next family.
Jane, I am looking forward to arriving and meeting you and yours. I am hoping to catch the postal bus in the morning. I will be sure to have Tina to send a note to you letting you know when and my tracking number.
I do hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and are now resting up..
Hitty Geneva Grace
