What exactly is a Spring Fling Hat? Any hat that is 'Springish' in nature such as a pretty bonnet, a gardening hat, a ladies tea hat, a beret to keep that chilly Spring wind at bay, etc...anything that Hitty can wear on a windy, sometimes cool, sometimes warm Spring day.
You may add 1 additional item if desired, but it is not mandatory.
