In this swap you will make a Patriotic Dress for Hitty. The dress should be able to fit artist Hittys to Raikes Hittys. The waist should either be adjustable, uses a belt, or merely add a snap for the best fit. Please use either a Patriotic Fabric, or Red/White/Blue theme. The trims on the dress should be Hitty scaled. You may include one extra (not required), but no more with this dress. This is an advanced dress swap, but don't let that scare you, ok?
